Entry-Level Assistant Manager - Leadership Development Program

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations for community outreach, fundraising, and event campaigns

• Motivate and mentor outreach team members to meet performance goals

• Represent nonprofit clients at retail events, community activations, and live campaigns

• Manage event logistics, including scheduling, setup, and on-site coordination

• Analyze performance metrics and deliver actionable coaching to team members

• Participate in leadership development training, strategic planning, and mentorship sessions

• Support campaign growth through reporting, planning, and operational support

✅ Who We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus)

• Experience in retail, sales, customer service, or event marketing is helpful

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Natural leader who is goal-oriented, proactive, and coachable

• Passionate about nonprofit work, social justice, and community engagement

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and 18 years or older

• Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
