🔑 Role Overview

As an Entry-Level Assistant Manager, you’ll support the daily execution and leadership of outreach campaigns—guiding your team, managing event logistics, and helping our nonprofit partners reach their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations of community outreach and fundraising campaigns

• Supervise and support team members at live events and activations

• Represent nonprofit partners at local fundraisers, pop-ups, and community events

• Coordinate logistics including scheduling, setup, and onsite management

• Analyze performance data and provide coaching and feedback to improve results

• Participate in leadership training and strategic development programs

• Maintain accurate records, donor engagement data, and campaign reports
