Role Responsibilities

• Represent well-known brands at in-store promotions, trade shows, community events, and retail activations.

• Set up and maintain branded displays, banners, and promotional booths.

• Engage with customers to communicate brand messaging, explain product features, and promote current offers.

• Answer questions, provide product info, and collect valuable customer feedback.

• Help coordinate event logistics including setup, teardown, and inventory management.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to meet campaign objectives and performance goals.

• Track interactions and contribute to post-event reports and improvement strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; coursework in Marketing, Communications, or related fields is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable engaging with the public.

• Outgoing, confident, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.

• Dependable, team-focused, and eager to learn new skills.

• Flexible schedule — must be available for evenings and weekend events.

• Reliable transportation to and from event sites.

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
