Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Conduct market research to uncover potential clients and monitor industry trends
• Support the sales team with lead generation and prospect outreach
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches
• Help build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and strategic initiatives
• Track and report on sales performance, client feedback, and pipeline activity
• Contribute to the preparation of sales proposals, decks, and presentations
• Represent MSI at industry events and networking functions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong time management abilities
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively
• A growth mindset with a desire to learn, develop, and take on responsibility
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus (not required)
