About the Role
We are looking for a confident and motivated Entry-level Call Centre Assistant to join our marketing team. You will support customer outreach, brand awareness campaigns, and client engagement through professional phone-based communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and handle inbound calls on behalf of client marketing campaigns
• Communicate brand messages clearly, professionally, and confidently
• Support customer engagement, enquiries, and basic sales conversations
• Accurately record customer information and feedback
• Follow call scripts and campaign guidelines while maintaining a natural approach
• Work closely with the wider marketing and customer service teams
