Entry-Level Client Relations Representative

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Client Relations Representative to join our team! This is an entry-level role perfect for individuals looking to kickstart a career in marketing, communications, or nonprofit development. You will be the face of our clients during event campaigns, acting as a key liaison between donors, event attendees, and our internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Represent client campaigns at fundraising events and community outreach programs

• Engage with potential donors and supporters to build relationships and increase brand awareness

• Provide excellent customer service and answer questions about client missions and goals

• Collaborate with team members to meet fundraising and engagement goals

• Assist in event setup, execution, and breakdown

• Maintain accurate records of interactions, donations, and feedback

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for event improvements and outreach strategy

What We’re Looking For:

• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, event marketing, or related field

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Outgoing personality and team-oriented mindset

• Passion for community involvement, social causes, or nonprofit work

• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends for events

• Reliable transportation to local events (travel reimbursed when applicable)
