What You’ll Do

• Build and manage customer accounts through direct sales and personalized outreach

• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services based on customer needs

• Deliver excellent customer support by answering questions and resolving concerns promptly

• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to meet and exceed campaign goals
