We’re hiring an Entry-Level Marketing Communications Assistant to join our nonprofit marketing team. This is the perfect opportunity if you’re passionate about nonprofit work, eager to learn, and ready to gain hands-on experience in fundraising, event marketing, and public outreach.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with community-based fundraising and promotional events

• Support the development of marketing strategies & campaign materials

• Provide outstanding customer service and build donor relationships

• Represent nonprofit causes with enthusiasm at outreach sites

• Increase brand awareness and donor engagement

• Join training and leadership development programs

• Collaborate with campaign leaders to achieve fundraising goals

What We’re Looking For

• Entry-level candidates — no prior experience required (training provided)

• Strong written & verbal communication skills

• Organized, reliable, and eager to learn

• Team player with a positive, people-first attitude

• Full-time availability (some evenings & weekends)

• Comfortable with occasional local travel for events

• Customer service, sales, retail, or nonprofit experience is a plus
