Position Overview

As a Community Outreach Assistant, you will represent nonprofit clients at local community events, assist with campaign execution, and foster meaningful relationships within neighborhoods throughout the Bay Area. You will collaborate closely with the outreach team to maximize visibility and support for organizations committed to positive social change.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Pleasanton, CA. Candidates must be located in or near the Bay Area and willing to commute to office and event locations throughout the region. This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals seeking hands-on experience in nonprofit marketing and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit clients at face-to-face community outreach events

• Engage local residents to share nonprofit missions and encourage community support

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing outreach events and promotional activities

• Collect and report community feedback to enhance outreach strategies

• Support internal teams with event logistics, data entry, and campaign follow-up

• Maintain accurate records of community interactions and engagement metrics

• Learn and apply best practices in community outreach and nonprofit marketing
