Entry-Level Community Relations Associate

At MGN, we’re passionate about building meaningful relationships between nonprofits and the communities they serve. We’re looking for outgoing, motivated individuals to join us as Community Relations Associates. No prior experience is needed — we provide full training and ongoing support!

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with community members at local events and outreach programs

• Share information about nonprofit missions and help raise awareness

• Assist with event setup, tabling, and on-site promotions

• Collect supporter contact information and feedback to improve campaigns

• Work closely with a supportive team to meet outreach goals

Who We’re Looking For:

• 18+ and available for full-time, in-person work

• Friendly, approachable, and passionate about helping others

• Strong communication skills and comfortable engaging with diverse groups

• Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn

• Interest in social causes and community impact
