Job Description - Entry-Level Customer Service Representative

We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will engage directly with community members, represent nonprofit organizations, and support fundraising campaigns through professional face-to-face interactions.

This position is ideal for candidates looking to start a career in customer service, community outreach, public relations, fundraising, or communications. No prior experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you develop the skills needed for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through face-to-face community outreach and engagement.
  • Represent nonprofit organizations by educating community members about their mission, programs, and impact.
  • Build positive relationships with supporters and answer questions in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Promote fundraising initiatives and encourage voluntary donations to support charitable campaigns.
  • Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional attitude while interacting with the public.
  • Participate in daily team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
  • Accurately record interactions and maintain compliance with company procedures and campaign guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve fundraising and outreach goals.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
