What You’ll Do As An Entry-Level Enrollment Specialist

• Engage with Customers – Our Enrollment Specialist deliver exceptional service, ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.
•  Sales & Customer Acquisition – Interact face-to-face with new customers, build rapport, and assist with new account enrollments.
• Relationship Building – Establish trust and long-term connections with customers, clients, and team members.
• Achieve Goals & Performance Metrics – Stay motivated to meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to team success.
• Collaborate & Strategize – Enrollment Specialist work with sales and marketing teams to implement effective sales strategies and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
• Product & Industry Knowledge – Receive hands-on training to become a trusted expert in products and services, confidently answering questions and addressing customer needs.

Qualifications for the Entry-Level Enrollment Specialist role: 

• Must be 18 years or older to apply; a high school diploma is required
• 1-2 years of experience in the sales, marketing, or customer service fields preferred, but not required
• A proven self-starter with positive energy and dedicated work ethics
• Excellent Communication and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated track record of achieving or surpassing goals
