✅ What You’ll Do:

• Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of live events and nonprofit outreach campaigns

• Coordinate on-site logistics to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently

• Organize and maintain promotional materials, branded displays, and inventory

• Interact with event attendees to raise awareness, build donor support, and drive engagement

• Support live marketing efforts for mission-driven brands and nonprofit partners

• Track and report on event performance metrics and attendee engagement

• Help train and onboard new team members as our outreach division grows

• Deliver a professional, engaging experience to the public at every event

🎯 Who We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills

• Outgoing and personable with a passion for event marketing and community impact

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, public-facing environments

• A self-starter who thrives both independently and in team settings

• Confident interacting with diverse community groups and audiences

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
