Entry-Level Event Assistant

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our growing team and help plan and execute impactful community and fundraising events.

This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or career starters to gain hands-on experience in event coordination, public engagement, and campaign support — all while contributing to meaningful causes.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with setup, management, and execution of fundraising and outreach events

• Support event logistics, including scheduling, materials preparation, and on-site coordination

• Promote awareness of nonprofit missions and fundraising campaigns to the public

• Engage with event attendees, answer questions, and provide key information

• Track donor and sponsor interactions to help meet fundraising goals

• Collaborate with event coordinators and team members for smooth event delivery

• Represent the organization professionally and with enthusiasm
