Entry-Level Event Assistant

We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our team and help bring impactful nonprofit events and outreach campaigns to life.

What You'll Do

As an Event Assistant, you’ll support a variety of community-based events—from charity fundraisers to awareness campaigns. You’ll work alongside experienced coordinators and nonprofit partners to ensure every event runs smoothly and connects with the public in a meaningful way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning, setup, and execution of nonprofit and community events

• Help manage event logistics including registration, signage, and volunteer coordination

• Interact with attendees to share campaign messages and nonprofit goals

• Maintain organized event materials and accurate supporter information

• Support team members with on-site coordination and problem-solving

• Attend team training sessions in event planning, communication, and outreach strategy
