Entry-Level Fundraising Associate Paid Training

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Fundraising Associates. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, supporting meaningful causes, and gaining hands-on experience in events and community outreach.

No prior fundraising experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit and charitable organizations at community events and outreach activities

• Engage with members of the public to share information about important causes

• Support fundraising campaigns and event activities

• Build positive relationships with community members and supporters

• Assist with event setup, coordination, and participant engagement

• Work with team members to achieve fundraising goals

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with people

• Reliable, organized, and able to work well in a team environment

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or volunteer experience is a plus but not required
