Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative

We're looking for an energetic, motivated Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative to help grow our customer relationships and support our expanding business. Royal Apparel is also known for its extensive Made-in-USA collection, environmentally responsible apparel options, and commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone and email.
• Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
• Learn and promote Royal Apparel's product lines and services.
• Participate in virtual meetings with customers and prospects.
• Work closely with customer service and production teams to ensure a great customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• Represent Royal Apparel at industry trade shows and customer events, with occasional travel possibly required.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office(Excel skill-intermediate or better).
• Familiarity with AI-powered business and productivity tools is a plus.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate.
