Entry-Level Junior Brand Manager | Marketing & Promotions

We are hiring a Junior Brand Manager to join our growing marketing team and support the execution of high-impact promotional campaigns for national clients.

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with a background in sales, customer service, athletics, or student leadership to step into a strategic role with long-term growth potential.

As a Junior Brand Manager, you’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to:

• Assist in developing and communicating a cohesive brand message across promotional events and campaigns
  

• Support brand initiatives using point-of-sale displays, merchandising tools, and promotional materials
  

• Recruit and train new team members for branding and outreach programs
  

• Help plan and coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly brand strategy meetings
  

• Execute live brand activations and evaluate campaign performance metrics
  

• Represent clients at promotional events and ensure brand consistency in public interactions
  

Requirements

• A background in leadership, whether formal or informal (e.g. team captain, student organizations, mentoring roles)
  

• Previous experience in sales, promotions, customer service, or marketing is a strong plus
  

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
