Entry-Level Landscape Gardener

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Landscape Gardener to join our expanding horticulture and landscaping team in Cohasset, MA. This full-time opportunity is ideal for someone looking to build a career in plant care, landscaping, and outdoor property maintenance.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting seasonal plant installations, container garden projects, and general landscape maintenance for residential and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with routine landscape maintenance such as watering, mulching, soil conditioning, and weed control
• Support installation of seasonal flowers, shrubs, decorative planters, and garden beds
• Perform entry-level pruning and plant care tasks under supervision
• Transport, organize, and maintain landscaping tools and materials
• Prepare planting areas by clearing debris and conditioning soil
• Monitor plant conditions and report any concerns to supervisors
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites throughout Cohasset

• 0–2 years of experience in landscaping, gardening, or general outdoor labor preferred
• Strong interest in horticulture and landscape maintenance
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive manual tasks
• Willingness to take direction and learn from experienced team members
• Reliable transportation to local project sites; valid driver’s license preferred but not required
