What You’ll Do:

• Engage with retail customers to promote charity campaigns and inspire donations

• Participate in event planning, setup, and execution within retail locations

• Provide outstanding customer service, representing partner charities with enthusiasm and integrity

• Assist in training and mentoring new team members

• Develop leadership skills by supporting team management and performance tracking

• Maintain accurate records of sales and campaign performance
