Entry-Level Marketing & Promotions Assistant No Experience Required

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Marketing & Promotions Assistants. This full-time, entry-level role offers paid training and hands-on experience in retail activations, community campaigns, and brand promotions. No previous experience is required.

This position provides an opportunity to build practical skills in marketing support, customer engagement, and event coordination while working with established brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional events

• Represent client brands at retail locations, community events, and pop-up activations

• Engage with customers in a professional and informative manner

• Support brand awareness and customer outreach efforts

• Help coordinate event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet campaign objectives

Qualifications
