Entry-Level Marketing Assistant (Full-Time | Paid Training)

We are currently seeking a motivated Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to join our growing event marketing and advertising team.

This position offers hands-on experience working on innovative marketing campaigns for national retail clients. Our team specializes in cost-effective, in-person marketing strategies that help brands increase customer acquisition, improve retention, and grow market share through direct engagement and promotional events.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily development and execution of marketing campaigns

• Support customer acquisition and retention efforts

• Represent client brands professionally in retail and event environments

• Build brand recognition through local events and experiential marketing

• Collaborate with Brand Ambassador teams to execute promotional strategies

• Communicate directly with customers to provide product and service information

• Generate leads and help grow client customer bases

• Support senior marketing staff with campaign-related projects

• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism

Training is provided in all client services and qualification processes.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability, including occasional weekends for special events

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy setting

• Self-starter with problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred

Limited travel (1–2 weeks per year) may be required for additional training opportunities.
