Entry-Level Sales & Leadership Development

As a Sales & Leadership Development Representative, you’ll gain hands-on business experience, sharpen professional skills, and grow into leadership roles within our fast-growing organization.

🧠 What You’ll Do

Sales Engagement (50%)

• Represent leading nonprofit clients at community events, pop-ups, and high-traffic retail locations

• Engage the public to inspire donations, build rapport, and cultivate lasting supporter relationships

• Use face-to-face outreach and communication skills to drive campaign revenue

• Build confidence in closing sales, overcoming objections, and achieving performance targets

Campaign & Team Development (30%)

• Assist with planning, organizing, and executing local fundraising events

• Collaborate with teammates and campaign managers to meet and exceed fundraising goals

• Support onboarding and coaching of new team members as you progress

Leadership & Growth Training (20%)

• Learn essential leadership, team building, and personal development skills

• Participate in 1-on-1 mentorship and small-group leadership workshops

• Receive coaching in public speaking, communication strategies, and performance management
