About the Role

As an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate, you will be the public face of our campaigns—engaging customers and donors at retail pop-ups, promotional events, and community outreach programs. You’ll spark conversations, educate the public about important causes, and help boost campaign success through measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent leading nonprofit organizations and ethical brands at retail and event locations

• Clearly communicate campaign messaging and answer questions from the public

• Drive customer acquisition, donor enrollment, and brand visibility through face-to-face engagement

• Execute daily and weekly sales and marketing goals

• Collaborate with team members to improve campaign performance

• Participate in ongoing sales training, leadership development, and goal-setting workshops
