What You'll Do:

• Learn the ropes of the logistics industry from the ground up
• Build your own book of business through cold calls and relationship-building
• Understand customers’ needs and offer smart, customized shipping solutions
• Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Collaborate closely with our Ops team to deliver top-tier service
• Stay up to date on market trends so you can offer the best rates and strategies

What You’ll Need:

• GED required; college degree preferred – perfect for recent grads!
• Full-time availability to work 100% in-office
• Strong communication skills and a comfort talking to people on the phone
• A self-starter attitude with a team-first mindset
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus
• Sales or logistics experience welcome—but not required! We’ll train you.
