Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team in Columbus, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, presenting product solutions to potential clients, and supporting the sales process from start to finish. Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and networking

• Present and explain our cloud communication products to prospective customers

• Assist in creating customized sales proposals

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system

• Support senior sales staff with lead qualification and pipeline development

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics

• Attend team meetings and ongoing training sessions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Basic understanding of cloud services and digital communication platforms is a plus

• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

• No prior sales experience required—training will be provided
