What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and make them feel welcome — first impressions matter.
• Listen carefully to what the customer needs and clearly document concerns.
• Learn how to inspect vehicles and explain findings to customers in simple, honest language.
• Help provide estimates for services and repairs — we’ll train you on how to do this right.
• Schedule service appointments and keep things running on time.
• Support our technicians by relaying information and helping manage workflow.
• Stay curious — learn about Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles, their features, and service needs.
• Look for opportunities to recommend helpful services that improve the customer’s experience.
• Handle basic questions and concerns with professionalism — and know when to ask for help.
• Keep accurate records of visits and work completed.

Requirements

 What You Bring:

• A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a real desire to grow in the auto industry
• Excellent communication skills — especially listening and explaining things clearly
• Friendly, reliable, and a team-first mindset
• Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn service systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

What We Offer:

• On-the-job training and support — we’ll teach you what you need to succeed
• Pay from :  $3200 - $16,000 a month ($16.50 - $20.00 hourly plus incentives)
