Entry-Level Service Advisor | Toyota of Tacoma | $18$19/hr + Commission

Toyota of Tacoma is hiring an Express Service Advisor to join our service team.

This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and wants to start a long-term career in the automotive industry. 

No automotive experience is required—we'll provide paid, hands-on training and help you build the skills to succeed while earning hourly pay plus commission.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and assist with service appointments 
• Help customers understand recommended maintenance
• Keep customers updated during their visit
• Coordinate with technicians and service staff throughout the repair process 
• Review repair orders for accuracy and completeness 
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information 

What You’ll Get

• $18–$19 per hour plus commission opportunities based on CSI performance
• Paid training and ongoing development
