Entry-Level Position: We are also seeking an Entry-Level Service Department Assistant who is proficient with spreadsheets and highly organized to support our service department.

Education:

• High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) (required)
• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Experience:

• Trailer experience is recommended but not required
• Dealership experience is recommended but not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inventory checks in yards
• Conduct inbound and outbound inspections
• Update and create daily yard maps
• Answer incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Assist with customer orders and general office projects

Physical Requirements:

• Walk the yard as needed

Work Environment:

• Professional office environment with standard office equipment
• Regularly works around moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions, including inclement weather, heat, and humidity
• The noise level may be loud at times
