Entry-Level Service Technician Paid Training

Jim Duke Service Company has been San Diego’s trusted name in coffee equipment repair since 1978. Under new ownership, we’re growing — and we need motivated individuals to join our team as Service Technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Learn to troubleshoot and repair espresso machines, grinders, and brewers

• Travel to cafes, restaurants, and offices across San Diego (company van provided)

• Perform preventive maintenance and installations

• Deliver excellent customer service while solving real problem

Skills Required:

• Mechanically inclined (basic hand tool knowledge helpful)

• Punctual, professional, and eager to learn

• Comfortable working independently after training

• Valid driver’s license

• (Bonus) Prior field service or repair experience
