$80,000–$105,000
Georgetown, Delaware
This is a chance to own environmental compliance for a top-five U.S. poultry processor, not just monitor it from the sidelines. You'll manage the audit programs, drive corrective action, and serve as the technical resource the plant turns to when compliance questions get complicated.
If you've spent years in poultry or meat/protein compliance and want a role where your 40 CFR knowledge and wastewater expertise actually shape how the facility operates, this is built for that.
You'll run the full compliance lifecycle: inspecting facilities, tracking audits, and following corrective actions through to resolution. No handoffs, no waiting on someone else to close the loop.
You'll determine the nature of code violations and develop the corrective course of action yourself. That's real technical ownership, not paperwork review.
You'll also train internal teams on compliance, building competency across the business rather than being the lone compliance gatekeeper.
Relocation is paid, so if you're ready to move for the right role, that barrier is removed.
This role offers technical ownership over compliance outcomes, not just oversight. You're working for one of the top five poultry processors in the country, with paid relocation removing one of the biggest barriers to making a move.
If you're ready to bring your compliance expertise to a leading poultry processor and take ownership of how environmental programs run day to day, we'd like to talk.
