Environmental Field Technician (General Labor)

Employee Type: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt

Reports to: Project Manager / Superintendent

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with overtime on evenings and weekends as needed

Location: Guthrie, OK

O6 Environmental is seeking motivated and safety-focused Environmental Field Technicians to support a long-term remediation project in Guthrie, OK. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with a team-oriented, fast-paced company working on meaningful environmental cleanup projects.

  Perform general site labor and assist crews with environmental cleanup and construction activities

  Operate light-to-medium equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, forklifts, and pressure washers

  Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment

  
  


• 
  

  Follow all site-specific safety and environmental protocols

  
  


• 
  

  Wear PPE including respirators as required

• 
  

  Ability to operate light/heavy equipment (preferred but not required)

  
  


• 
  

  Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear required PPE

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work in teams and take direction from site leadership

  Capable of working in physically demanding environments in all weather conditions

  Willingness to shave and wear a respirator if needed

  
  

• 
  

  40-Hour HAZWOPER certification (preferred, but training can be provided)

  High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Six (6) months of construction or general labor experience preferred

  
  

• 
  

  Work is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions

  Work may involve confined spaces, elevated work areas, and physical labor such as lifting, bending, and carrying

  Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
