Position Overview

As an Environmental Lab Courier, you will transport environmental samples across the Chicagoland area using a company-provided van. You'll follow daily routes, handle samples safely, and ensure accurate and timely delivery to lab locations. This role supports the broader mission of environmental protection through reliable logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Load required supplies and prepare for daily pickup routes.
• Complete scheduled pickups efficiently within assigned territory.
• Safely handle and deliver lab samples to Sterling Labs locations.
• Operate a company-provided van in full compliance with traffic laws.
• Use a smartphone or handheld device to track pickups and deliveries.
• Adjust to traffic, weather, or route changes as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Previous courier or delivery experience preferred.
Strong time management, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps for route tracking.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently.
