Environmental Project Manager / Estimator

We are looking for a highly organized Environmental Project Manager / Estimator to join our growing team in Brentwood, New York. This full-time position offers a salary range of $70,000–$105,000 and centers on overseeing environmental services, sitework, and remediation projects from estimating to completion. The ideal candidate blends strong project management experience with hands-on estimating and field coordination skills, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead environmental, sitework, and remediation projects in Brentwood from bid submission through project closeout.
• Prepare accurate estimates, scopes of work, and proposals for environmental and sitework projects.
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to maintain seamless project execution.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, regulators, and internal teams to manage expectations and project deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies across Brentwood projects.

• Proven experience in environmental services, site remediation, or related project management.
• Strong skills in estimating, cost control, and project coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance standards preferred.
