Environmental Service Worker II

Department: Environmental Services
Work Hours: Full-time Evening hours with weekend and holiday rotation

To provide an environment that is safe and sanitary throughout HVHS and support the Environmental Services mission statement of providing quality services the first time, every time.

Requirements

Must be able to read and write, and understand written and verbal instructions.

Successful completion of applicable clearances as outlined in Human Resources policy HR-106 within 90 days of commencing employment.

Preferred

High school diploma or GED equivalent. Valid driver’s license. Two years previous experience in a health care setting. Preferred experience with floor maintenance, including scrubbing, waxing, and carpet extracting, operating and daily maintenance of housekeeping equipment (floor buffer, automatic floor machine) in a safe, efficient manner.
