Mendocino Community Health Clinic is seeking an Environmental Services Attendant to help support our mission of providing high-quality healthcare for our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and infection control by disinfecting surfaces, restrooms, floors, and high-touch areas.
• Perform light maintenance and groundskeeping tasks as assigned.
• Promote safety by addressing spills and trip hazards promptly and reporting any facility issues.
• Support energy conservation and recycling efforts.
• Respond to staff cleaning requests with professionalism and urgency.
• Handle and store cleaning chemicals safely and in compliance with SDS protocols.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient and staff information.
• Travel to various MCHC sites as needed.
• Complete required training and comply with all PPE and safety standards.

Requirements

What You Bring

Required:

• 1+ year of experience in a healthcare or similar leaning role.

Preferred:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Possess a valid California Driver’s License and be insurable to drive MCHC vehicles
• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare or similar cleaning role.
