EP Senior Training Manager - OPAL Classroom

Bachelor's degree 2+ years of direct management experience 2+ years of EP experience with technical/clinical proficiency, mapping and/or OPAL experience preferred. High-energy and the ability to work in an ultra-fast-paced environment. Self-starter with the ability to manage projects from the concept stage to fully executed programs. Ability to execute on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize projects based on business need. Experience with Executive Leadership communication and presentations. Work collaboratively within the team and with other business functions. Continuous improvement mindset; ability to identify existing gaps/needs for sales training improvement. Ability to tailor training materials to specific audience. Ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization and with outside vendors/consultants. Basic competency on Microsoft Office 365 products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Experience in management and leading a team of high performers. Education experience within healthcare or the medical device industry.
