Epic Client Systems Administrator-ECSA

Description:

This Epic systems Administrator or ECSA will be joining a team of 3. Currently, 2- Level 2's and 1 level 3. This role will be for a level 2 administrator. They will focus on interconnect and FHIR specifically. There are multiple projects within this space that they will support. Integration within the EPIC space for 3rd party applications. These ECSA's will participate on the Windows server team as a hybrid role. Making sure that the servers are functioning appropriately, load balancing, etc. Experience within Citrix PVS is important as they will interact with this on a daily basis. Our client upgraded from Windows 2012 to Windows 2019. They must have experience with virtualization (VMware, V-Center).

Daily: This admin will interact with the MyChart team. This person will use Kupier and system polls. They will be assigned to projects that are tagged for RHIR instance work, operational on call issues that may include EPS, printing for the EPIC environment, blob work, and any Citrix connectivity issues with performance.

Environment: Over 15,000 endpoints, 2,400 VMs, 1,900 servers, 10 physical locations, and 2 datacenters.
