The Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) Project Manager is the lead project management resource for assigned strategic and enterprise-wide initiatives across Connecticut Children’s, including Information Services (IS) projects. The Project Manager is accountable for delivering projects of varying size, cost, complexity, and impact on time, within budget, and within scope. The Project Manager applies standard project management methods and Connecticut Children’s project lifecycle standards to bring structure, consistency, and accountability to each project. The Project Manager works across clinical, operational, and technical areas, bringing internal teams, leaders, vendors, and consultants together around shared project goals. The Project Manager serves as the main point of contact for assigned projects, keeping sponsors and leaders informed so decisions are made at the right time. The Project Manager also helps strengthen project management practices across the organization as part of the EPMO team.
