Are you a skilled Epoxy Floor Technician/Installer looking to take your career to the next level? Carbon Concrete Coatings, a leader in high-quality concrete coatings, is seeking 2-3 experienced epoxy flooring installers to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about transforming spaces with durable, stunning epoxy floors and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

Prepare surfaces for epoxy application, including grinding, patching, and cleaning.

Mix and apply epoxy, polyaspartic, and other coating materials with precision.

Install decorative and industrial flooring systems, ensuring flawless finishes.

Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations.

Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 1+ years in epoxy flooring installation or related field.

Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and epoxy coating applications.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality results.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
