What you’ll do

As a Floor Repair Technician, your primary responsibility will be maintaining and repairing a variety of flooring surfaces across our facilities to ensure safety, cleanliness, and durability. However, your role will also include a broad range of general facility maintenance tasks. Your work will help ensure our kitchen environments remain fully functional and compliant for food service operations.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Repairing and resurfacing concrete, epoxy, and tile flooring
  
  


• Performing patching, leveling, sealing, and slip-proofing work
  
  


• Removing and replacing damaged floor sections as needed
  
  


• Identifying and addressing safety hazards related to flooring
  
  


• Collaborating with other maintenance and operations teams to plan and prioritize work
  
  

Additional responsibilities include:

• Drywall repair, patching, and painting
  
  


• Tiling and basic masonry
  
  


• Installing or repairing wall-mounted shelving and kitchen equipment
  
  


• Minor exterior repairs (roof, gutters, landscaping)
  
  


• Performing basic planned preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  
  

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of experience in flooring installation, repair, or general handyman work
  
  


• Proficiency in concrete patching, epoxy work, tiling, and surface finishing
  
  


• Ability to diagnose and repair minor facility issues beyond flooring
  
  


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
  
  


• A self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
  
  


• Experience with or willingness to learn basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance is a plus

What else you need to know

Salary: Starting at $23 an hour.

This is a field-based role located in Atlanta, involving on-site work at multiple CloudKitchens locations.
