The Role

We're seeking a passionate Equine Associate Veterinarian to join our team. Ideal candidates have strong general or sports medicine skills, but we also welcome new graduates eager to grow, mentorship and CE support are built into our culture.

What You'll Need

• DVM or equivalent degree

• Eligible for Iowa veterinary licensure

• Strong equine diagnostic and treatment skills

• Excellent communication and a team-first mindset

• Ability to travel within a 40-mile service radius

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

• Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Flexible 4-day work week available

• On-call duties shared equally among DVMs

• Collaborative, sustainable scheduling approach

• Climate-controlled 14-stall barn & 2 appointment rooms with stocks

• Indoor lameness arena for year-round evaluations

• Wireless endoscopy, mobile dental units, ultrasound, digital radiography

• Shockwave, laser therapy, and in-house lab diagnostics

• Fully equipped ambulatory vehicles

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $75K - $100K (DOE) + 22% production bonus

• Relocation & student loan assistance ($5K/year)
