You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to do the following:

• Oversee operation, maintenance and organization of machinery and storage facilities
• Track and schedule equipment maintenance
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies and spare parts
• Budget for maintenance expenses, track metrics like downtime and repair costs
• Evaluate and recommend equipment upgrades based on data-driven insights

We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable for hitting the following critical goals:

• Monthly equipment maintenance tracker
• Semi-annual upgrade recommendations Dec 1 – July 1
• Quarterly budget review for equipment maintenance
