Equipment & Maintenance Superintendent

Ratcliff Construction is looking for an Equipment Superintendent who can get our gear where it needs to be — safely, efficiently, and on time. If you know your way around loading and securing heavy equipment, light equipment and pickup maintenance, can navigate the road with confidence, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves for all kinds of tasks - from property upkeep and odd jobs to helping with company events- you’ll fit right in! This is a role where no two days look the same, and your impact is felt across every project we touch.

What You’ll Do:

• Load, secure, haul, and unload construction equipment between job sites like a pro.


• Work with project teams to make sure equipment arrives when and where it’s needed.


• Keep company property in top shape with routine upkeep and minor repairs.


• Track and manage fleet and equipment inventory.


• Coordinate repairs and servicing with trusted vendors.


• Assist with special events and odd jobs


• Tackle a variety of operational tasks to keep the business running smoothly.


• Maintain transportation and maintenance records for compliance and efficiency.


• Ensure all equipment is safe, operational, and ready for the next haul.

What You Bring:

• CDL-A license with a clean driving record.


• Experience hauling heavy construction equipment.


• Skill in safe loading, securing, and hauling practices.


• Ability to handle property upkeep and basic maintenance tasks.


• Strong organizational skills for scheduling and tracking movement.


• A flexible, team-focused approach and willingness to pitch in anywhere.
