Equipment Deployment Specialist Needed

Celero Commerce is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Equipment Deployment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the provisioning of new credit card terminals, ensuring they are technically configured to meet individual customer requirements, and overseeing efficient shipping and receiving processes.

Responsibilities: 

• Configure and customize credit card swipe hardware to align with specific customer needs.


• Download, test, and verify all processing solutions to ensure functionality and accuracy.


• Maintain precise records of downloaded files and related materials to uphold high-quality provisioning standards.


• Assist in identifying and resolving issues during quality assurance testing for new accounts prior to deployment.


• Oversee the packing and shipping of products to merchants and customers, ensuring accurate packaging and prompt delivery.


• Handle ordering, reporting, and shipment tracking efficiently and systematically.

Experience & Requirements:

• Dallas, TX - based position.


• 1+ year of experience in data entry or a similar role.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.


• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.


• Commitment to continuous learning and st.aying updated on company systems and external processing platforms.


• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
