We seek a dedicated Equipment Finance Documentation Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service and foster long-term client relationships.

We seek an experienced Equipment Finance Documentation Specialist to join our team in a full-time role. The ideal candidate will possess a robust equipment financing and documentation background, excellent attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and manage equipment financing documentation from origination to funding.

- Track new deals and oversee initial documentation setup.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to gather necessary documentation.

- Handle UCC filings and conduct lien search reviews.

- Facilitate the equipment titling process.

- Process and verify vendor payments and wire instructions.

- Maintain accurate transaction records in the CRM system.

- Monitor insurance certificates and track renewals.

- Coordinate with accounting and related departments on transaction details.

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors.

- Utilize lease accounting systems for processing and auditing transactions.

- Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items through effective communication.

- Review and analyze credit applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.

- Prepare and review equipment finance contracts and related documentation.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely completion of documentation and funding processes.

- Conduct due diligence and verify information provided by clients.

- Respond to inquiries and offer support to internal and external stakeholders regarding documentation and funding processes.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all documentation and communication related to financing transactions.

- Identify and escalate any potential risks or issues associated with documentation and funding processes.

- Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices concerning equipment finance documentation and funding processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment financing or a similar field.

- Strong understanding of equipment finance documentation and funding processes.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices related to equipment financing is advantageous.
