Equipment Operator

Location: MRT ACE Port Charlotte

We are looking for a dependable Equipment Operator to help with outdoor work and property operations at our store. This position requires experience operating machinery such as a Bobcat, front-end loader, tractor, or similar equipment.

Responsibilities include:

Operating equipment safely and efficiently

Moving materials, mulch, soil, plants, pallets, and other items as needed

Assisting with landscaping, yard maintenance, and outdoor projects

Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe

Helping with general labor tasks when needed

Requirements:

Experience operating machinery such as a Bobcat, front-end loader, or similar equipment

Dependable and punctual

Strong work ethic

Able to work outdoors in Florida weather

Able to lift, carry, and move materials as needed

Safety-minded and willing to follow instructions

Pay: Commensurate with experience, reliability, and performance.
