What You'll Be Doing

Every day is a little different, but you can expect to:

• Operate heavy equipment including loaders, haul trucks, excavators, and dozers.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance to keep everything running smoothly.
• Put safety first—always—while following company policies and industry regulations.
• Work outdoors in an active quarry environment where no two days are exactly alike.
• Team up with supervisors and coworkers to keep production moving efficiently.
• Use your experience and problem-solving skills to help tackle challenges and keep operations on track.
• Pitch in wherever needed because great teams help each other succeed.

You're a Great Fit If You...

• Have experience operating heavy equipment.
• Enjoy working outside and don't mind getting a little dusty.
• Take pride in working safely and doing the job right.
• Like staying busy and working as part of a team.
• Don't mind occasional overtime or weekend work when production calls for it.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Quarry, mining, construction, or aggregate experience.
• Preventive maintenance or equipment lubrication experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
