As an Equipment Operator, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our inventory management processes. Your primary responsibility will be to put away incoming inventory and replenish bays by pulling down inventory from higher bays, ensuring that our warehouse is organized and ready for our pickers. You will primarily operate the wire-guided turret truck, along with other equipment, to maintain a smooth workflow in our distribution center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate the wire-guided turret truck and other equipment to put away incoming inventory and replenish bays.
• Ensure that the warehouse is optimized for pickers by maintaining organized inventory storage.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working condition.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Mid-level experience as an equipment operator in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and precision in executing tasks.
• Ability to maintain consistency in repetitive tasks while ensuring quality.
• Curiosity to take action and improve processes.
• Self-awareness and critical thinking skills to adapt to changing situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience operating wire-guided turret trucks and other warehouse equipment.
