What You'll Do:

• Diagnose & Repair: Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of specialty medical equipment, including hospital beds and support surfaces.
• Maintenance & Quality: Perform preventative maintenance and ensure all repairs meet our rigorous quality and compliance standards.
• Precision Tools: Utilize diagnostic tools like electrical safety analyzers, voltmeters, and current meters.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal teams and occasionally assist with equipment delivery, pick-up, and staff training.
• Safety & Organization: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain an organized workspace.

What You'll Bring:

• A strong electrical and mechanical aptitude and a keen eye for troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with common workshop tools and diagnostic equipment.
• An extreme sense of urgency, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
• A proven track record of accountability and professionalism.
• The ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work for extended periods.
• At least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if travel is required).
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screenings.
